Annette M. Waggoner

As a second generation Commercial Law League Agency member, Annette Waggoner has spent a lifetime growing up in the CLLA.  In September of 2011, Annette became Executive Director of the Commercial Collection Agency Association of the Commercial Law League of America.  A graduate of North Park College in Chicago, Annette began her career as an Accounting Officer with Chicago Title & Trust Insurance Company, where she specialized in financial analysis and auditing.  Later in her career, Annette joined an agency which was an inaugural member of the Association, where she held the position of Vice President and Treasurer for the last twenty years.  Transitioning from that agency to the assignment of Executive Director of the CCAA, Annette brings over thirty years of expertise and personal knowledge of the league’s culture to the table.
