COLLECTION PROFESSIONAL PROGRAM
The

Certified Collection Professional (CCP) by completing all
certification requirements and demonstrating their knowledge
and expertise of the commercial collection industry.
This program requires that a participant is
conversant in standard industry practices and procedures and
must then pass a rigorous examination confirming their
knowledge and ability.
