Banner Advertising Agreement 

(Print & Fax Completed Agreement to 561-995-9678 or 912-261-9219)

Agreement entered into by and between the Commercial Collection Agency Association, hereinafter referred to as CCAA, and ____________________________________the undersigned, hereinafter referred to as the Advertiser.     

CCAA and the Advertiser mutually agree as follows:

1.) The Advertiser has elected to advertise on the CCAA Professional Vendor Section under the Vendor Category _____________________(please indicate Vendor Category i.e. Accounting Services, Collection Support) by selecting a Sponsor Box Banner Ad which is located at the top of the selected Professional Vendor Section page or a Directory Text Listing as indicated below.  If you wish to place ads in more than one Vendor Category on the CCAA Professional Vendor Section pages, it would be better for you to email in your preferences to our staff at eric@top-ten-marketing.com.  All ads are placed first come, first served.

The term of the ads are yearly as indicated above, automatically renewable on the first day after the first or any subsequent term as indicated above unless cancelled via certified mail 30 days prior to the renewal date. Certified letters must be sent to CCAA Vendor Affiliate Program, c/o CFI, P.O. Box 760 , Boca Raton , Florida 33429 .

2.) Payment Options:

In consideration whereof, the Advertiser agrees to pay $________per year or $__________ per month for 12 months for ad space selected above via:

• Credit Card charge for amount checked above by filling in your credit card information below.

3.)  CCAA reserves the right for any reason deemed by it sufficient in the protection of its interests, at any point to terminate this agreement by refunding to the Advertiser the unearned amount of any sum paid, covering the then un-expired portion of this agreement.

4.)  The term of this agreement is for one year from the date executed below and will continue in force and in effect under the same terms and conditions as indicated above, unless sooner terminated by CCAA as foresaid, or by the Advertiser via written notice sent by certified mail to CCAA not less than thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the term indicated above or any subsequent renewal term to CCAA Professional Vendor Section Program, c/o CFI, P.O. Box 760, Boca Raton, Florida 33429.

5.)  This agreement shall not be effective until executed by a duly authorized representative of CCAA. The advertising agreement comes with the understanding that as an Advertiser, you may receive prospective client referrals directly from CCAA staff members and that your banner advertising agreement with CCAA is for advertising purposes only and is not based upon either the quality or the quantity of referrals that are sent to your office directly from CCAA staff members.

6.)  It is solely the responsibility of the Advertiser to inform CCAA of any changes in your ad.

7.) Sponsor Boxes: Advertiser agrees to provide the ad that they wish to display for the Sponsor Box that they choose. If Advertiser wishes to have the CCAA create an ad on their behalf, the charge for ad creation is $100 per ad and the ad charge will be charged to your charge card upon execution of this agreement along with the yearly or monthly banner ad or textual ad charge selected.

I authorize CCAA to charge my credit card monthly for the amount stated in Section 2 of this agreement on the date I sign this agreement and every 30 days for a period of 5 months to pay for my banner advertising agreement with CCAA.
