Thank you for visiting our Web Site. Our 100 plus member agencies are the only collection agencies in the country certified to display the Commercial Collection Agency Association seal. Member agencies must meet the Association's strict set of standards, which include:

• filing a minimum bond of $300,000 for the protection of clients
• maintenance of a separate Trust account into which all clients' monies are deposited
• adherence to a strict Code of Ethics and have been in business for at least four years
